  • Foundation Inspection only: $475.00 + Tax

  • Addition Inspection only: $350.00 + Tax

  • Foundation + Addition (combined): $650.00 + Tax

Travel / Mileage:

  • 49 miles and under → No charge

  • 50 miles or more → Travel charges apply

We accept:

  • Zelle (no fee)

  • Venmo (no fee)

  • Credit/Debit Card (3.5% processing fee applies)

Full payment is due prior to the inspection.
