At Precedence 1 Inspections, our mission is to deliver inspections built on precision, trust, and clarity. As a fully certified inspector, I take pride in providing clients with comprehensive evaluations that follow the InterNACHI Residential Standards of Practice and the CCPIA Commercial Standards of Practice. Whether inspecting a home, multifamily property, or commercial building, I go beyond the checklist to ensure clients understand the condition of their property’s most important systems and components. My goal is simple — to give you the knowledge, tools, and confidence to protect your investment, maintain its value, and ensure it remains safe, secure, and built to last.
I earned my inspection license through the State of Nevada’s Department of Business and Industry – Real Estate Division and quickly advanced my expertise by becoming a Certified Professional Inspector (CPI)® with InterNACHI. I expanded my skills through specialized training in Commercial Property Inspections and Infrared Certified Thermography.
Eager to deepen my commercial expertise, I joined the Certified Commercial Property Inspectors Association (CCPIA) and achieved full certification in Commercial Property Inspections. My commitment to continual learning ensures I stay up-to-date with industry standards, advanced inspection techniques, and emerging technologies — providing every client with thorough, accurate, and modern inspection services.
WHAT WE INSPECT AND WHY?
A home inspection is a visual examination of the home's major structure, systems, and components that are visible and safely accessible. Buying a home is typically the biggest investment you will ever make, so it's important to get a home inspection because the inspector can find and document defects that may or may not be obvious to you as a prospective buyer.
